Misty Mayes, a former Vice President of Programs/Project Controls at SAIC, founded Management Solutions in 2002 after a distinguished career supporting Department of Energy and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers projects. She has assembled a team with the qualifications, experience, and knowledge to provide “best value services” to clients.
Management Solutions LLC develops and refines systems and processes to ensure excellence in technical, schedule, and cost performance for engineering, construction, IT, and environmental projects. We offer comprehensive project services backed by solid experience in Project Controls/Project Management, Cost Estimating, and Process Improvement.
We have expertise in controlling and tracking projects for fixed price, time and materials, and cost reimbursable contracts in the engineering, environmental, information technology, and construction industries.
